Budweiser - Cry, Rex

January 30, 2000 | 1:00

Budweiser’s Super Bowl menagerie in 2000 includes a dog on the set of a Western movie, beseeched to cry by a stressed-out director. When he pictures his saddest moment, it works -- for the dog, the director and viewers. The humorous spot, by DDB Chicago, topped USA Today’s Ad Meter for Super Bowl XXXIV.

Creative Director: Craig Feigen. Creative Director: Adam Glickman. Producer: Greg Popp. Post Production: Cosmo Street. Production Company: Public Works. Editor: Bob Mori.
