BtoB Webcasts

BtoB's Webcasts offer another convenient online channel for reaching a highly targeted, attentive audience of your customers and prospects. These sponsor-driven Webcasts position your company as an expert in your field. You'll work directly with our staff to determine a topic and the presenters that will be most appealing to your audience. You'll also have the option to be a presenter, recommend presenters and/or let BtoB find appropriate presenters for your Webcast.

Editorial-based Webinar

  • Content is either based on BtoB’s original research or general topic of interest to our audience
  • Presenters would include BtoB Editorial, 1 or 2 client side marketers and optional sponsor (one senior level marketer)
  • Webinar content would be split equally between the presenters
  • Advertiser would be able to receive a copy of the webinar along with a link to the on-demand version
  • Full list of registrants and final list attendees, delivered following the live Webcast; This list will include name, title, company, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number
  • Cost: $16,000
  • Cost: $8,500 (shared sponsorship with non-competing companies) – no speaking option
  • 3+ webinars: 5% off

Sponsor-driven Webinar

  • BtoB will work with Sponsor to decide a topic and format that is appealing and appropriate for Sponsor’s target audience.
  • Sponsor will be able to participate in the Webcast. With a maximum of three presenters (a representative from Sponsor; a client of Sponsor (this is optional), and, a third party expert (subject to Sponsor approval)
  • Sponsor will receive logo recognition on all marketing materials (in print and online)
  • Sponsor will receive logo recognition on the online registration page
  • Sponsor logo will be featured on screen throughout the entire event and on the title slide
  • A brief company description will be read by BtoB’s Publisher at the beginning of the Webcast (approx 30 seconds)
  • Full list of registrants and final list attendees, delivered following the live Webcast; This list will include name, title, company, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number
  • Advertiser would be able to receive a copy of the webinar along with a link to the on-demand version
  • Pre-webcast marketing materials typically include a print ad shared with other webcasts for the month (if topic and description is determined before print deadline), three e-mail blasts to targeted BtoB lists, small banner ad on BtoB website and text ads in e-newsletters as available.
