North Coast Media launched in early May after Kevin Stoltman, VP of Questex Media Group's industrial and specialty group, acquired the unit for an undisclosed price.

Newton, Mass.—Questex Media Group has acquired Ataway Exchange from Vantage Strategy. Questex and Vantage have also formed an alliance to offer digital consulting services to hospitality and travel companies.
