  • New York—TheStreet Inc. has completed the acquisition of two newsletters—The DealFlow Report and The Life Settlements Report—and the PrivateRaise database from DealFlow Media. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The newsletters are produced in PDF form and delivered electronically; the acquisition also includes directory databases related to the newsletters. The newsletters, databases and the employees providing their content will be incorporated into The Deal, an enterprise financial service TheStreet purchased from Wasserstein & Co. last September.

Dealflow Media will continue its event business under a license from The Deal.
