    "Social Media Marketing: Best-in-Class Marketers Rise to The Top" is designed to provide senior-level marketers with a snapshot of the current state of social media marketing, and insights into trends to watch for going forward.

    This reports includes over 54 pages and 42 charts and graphs that are based on the 432 responses from b2b marketers, surveyed in January and February 2013.

    Campaign: Mobile Event App

    Mobile apps for events are nothing new, but Cisco broke new ground with one that spans multiple events and enables conversations across multiple social networks.

    The Cisco Mobile Event app delivers such basic information as session schedules and maps but also layers in attendee profiles, check-ins, session ratings and seamless integration with Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Users only need to download the software once; new events are automatically added and old ones, automatically archived.

    Administration features give organizers great latitude to customize the experience. For example, they can create a scavenger hunt that encourages attendees to check in at sponsor booths. Participants can win badges and awards, and all activity is tracked on a master dashboard.

    The Mobile Event app has been downloaded more than 6,000 times and logged over 30,000 check-ins. At a recent conference in Mexico, Cisco tallied a jaw-dropping 107 interactions per user with the app. People like this thing.
