  • San Francisco—Customer analytics company Woopra Inc. and Salesforce.com Inc. have partnered to add Woopra's behavioral data analytics to Salesforce's CRM process.

Woopra for Salesforce analyzes customer actions on a website or application in real-time within Salesforce's lead and contact profiles, enabling sales and support staff to better understand customers' engagement, and to identify conversion candidates and risky accounts, Woopra said, in a statement.

Users must have both Woopra and Salesforce accounts to access the new tool, Woopra said. The tool is available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
