AdVantage Networks acquires Travora Media

New York—Digital advertising company AdVantage Networks announced the acquisition of Travora Media, a travel information network that provides content to travel publishers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Travora Media will become part of MediaShift, the parent company of AdVantage Networks. Travora Media was previously owned by investment firms StarVest Partners, Rho Capital Partners and Village Ventures. Petsky Prunier advised Travora Media on the sale.
