    New York—The Interactive Advertising Bureau and the Mobile Marketing Association have released Mobile Phone Creative Guidelines for public comment. The guidelines are designed to simplify the creation of ad units across the mobile marketing industry. They include creative ad unit names, maximum expanded dimensions and implementation best practices. The public comment period closes on Feb. 25.
