San Francisco—Social advertising company Optimal Inc. has introduced its Audience Matrix social analytics tool, which provides insight into customer interests and behaviors to improve the targeting of Facebook ads. Audience Matrix provides details on age, gender, country, state, city, designated market area, topic and category interests, mobile device and search behavior. As part of the debut, Optimal is offering free access to its Audience Matrix data on U.S. Facebook members who use Apple Inc.'s new iPhone 5.
