Salesforce extends Marketing Cloud social analytics

    "Social Media Marketing: Best-in-Class Marketers Rise to The Top" is designed to provide senior-level marketers with a snapshot of the current state of social media marketing, and insights into trends to watch for going forward.

    This reports includes over 54 pages and 42 charts and graphs that are based on the 432 responses from b2b marketers, surveyed in January and February 2013.

    San Francisco—Salesforce.com Inc. has enhanced its Marketing Cloud social media marketing suite to include the social measurement capabilities of 20 third-party analytics vendors.

    Launched last month, the service combines social listening and analytics technology from Radian6, which Salesforce acquired in 2011, and content publishing and social media management solutions from Buddy Media, acquired this summer.

    The upgraded Marketing Cloud now features metrics supplied by social analytics vendors such as Clarabridge Link, Klout, Kred, Rapleaf and Trendspottr.

    Marketing Cloud offers support for content in 17 languages as well as multiple Chinese social media platforms, according to Salesforce. Pricing starts at $5,000 per month.
