Social networks are increasingly used to access and share any information on virtually every organization, brand, and product.

This study highlights how b2b marketers are leveraging social media. It not only looks at the demand for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others but how marketers are using the unique applications of each to their best advantage across all marketing functions. LEARN MORE

San Francisco—Lead-generation software company Demandbase Inc. has introduced an ad solution designed to personalize display ads to website visitors from specific companies or companies that match particular attributes.

Demandbase's company-targeted advertising allows marketers to develop a list of organizations from prospect or in-house lists or from predefined categories (such as “Fortune 500”); display ads will only appear to individuals from those companies, without the use of cookies or behavioral tracking techniques, Demandbase said in a statement.

Using Demandbase's real-time IP lookup technology in combination with CRM and prospect lists, display ads can be personalized to the website visitor with their company name, industry or other elements that increase relevancy and attention, according to the company.
