SourceMedia debuts website targeting healthcare professionals

New York—B2b media company SourceMedia has introduced the Healthcare Innovation Center, a website targeting C-level executives and IT professionals in the healthcare field.
A key element of the site is a virtual hospital floor plan—a “content map” that lets visitors click on and tour any of eight fully equipped hospital units, including an operating room, radiology lab, intensive care unit, data center and medical records room.
In each virtual room, relevant news and analysis content is accessible in the form of tickers and alerts.
SourceMedia said it is currently developing similar websites for the accounting, banking and wealth management markets.
The launch of the site comes less than a month after a report that private equity company Investcorp is putting SourceMedia up for sale.
