    Agency: N/A

PTC, which creates software that allows manufacturers to develop products, trots out a nonde-script banner to draw an audience to its dynamic landing page. The landing page deserves better. The overly gray banner lacks visual appeal. The headline offers some promise: “Get more value out of your PLM software.” Promises of a reward can often be punched up by quantifying the benefit. How much more value? 5%? 25%? 50%? On the interactive landing page, visitors encounter a host against the background of a sleek-looking corporate lobby who introduces a PTC executive. The exec, in turn, nicely explains the advantages of PTC's new Windchill 10.0 software. Good stuff, especially for a manufacturer. Rating: 2.5 stars
