Agency: Bader Rutter & Associates, Brookfield, Wis. Campaign: Interactive Wall for Panoptix at Greenbuild Launch date: October 2011 Creative credits: Group creative director: Sarah Kmet-Hunt; associate creative director: James Madsen; senior copywriter: Kate Martin; digital art director: Ryan Spiering Why we liked it: For the launch of its Panoptix brand of cloud-based building management systems technology, Johnson Controls created a 20-by-7-foot “tweet wall” comprising 18 integrated touch-screen monitors that attendees could interact with by sending text messages and tweets that would appear instantly. Attendees could also touch icons and use “slingshots” to send messages flying across the screen. It's a great way to draw attendees and to use social media to spread the word among people who weren't at the trade show.
