New York—The Economist has released its first global “Consolidated Media Report,” which shows audited data for The Economist's global print and digital products across seven regions.
The report, produced with the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) North America and ABC U.K., provides media buyers with the brand's print circulation and metrics from multiple digital channels.
According to the report, The Economist's combined print and digital circulation for the first half of the year totaled 1,554,949, with more than 88,000 paid replica and nonreplica editions sold separately from the print edition.
The report also verified the average weekly number of unique devices accessing The Economist app (631,967) and the total number of social media followers (5.6 million). It also tallied more than 2 million unique opens for The Economist's newsletter distribution.
