    Palo Alto, Calif.—Jive Software, whose enterprise social network solution enables internal company teamwork, has launched a version intended specifically for marketing collaboration.

    Jive for Marketing Teams enables real-time collaboration among internal marketing teams as well as external agencies and contractors, the company said in a statement. The product also includes document sharing, collaboration and joint editing without the use of email; mobile access to conversations and documents; and collaboration with sales teams and channel partners.

    The solution's External Groups feature allows users to create groups and invitations to outside vendors and agencies to collaborate, Jive said.
