Ascend introduces live streaming video technology

Orlando, Fla.—Custom publisher Ascend Integrated Media has announced AscendStreaming, a live streaming video technology available for use at trade shows and conferences. Ascend said the service will debut at the 2012 HCEA Annual Meeting to be held June 23-26 in Orlando.

In partnership with Digitell Inc., Ascend will stream the meeting's keynote address as well as two general sessions. “If members are unable to attend an event, they can still benefit from the streamed presentations as if they were sitting in the room with their colleagues. They can view it live or see it at a later, more convenient time through the OnDemand version,” said Rhonda Wickham, Ascend Media's VP-content, in a statement.
