ALM introduces marketing services unit

New York—ALM, publisher of the American Lawyer, has created a marketing services unit to offer clients customized packages of such services as advertising, email marketing, events, market research and webcasts.

Eric Biener, who joined ALM last month ad director-marketing services, is head of the new unit. He was previously VP-strategic accounts at Ziff Davis Enterprise.

“The ability to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that are created with clients across all stages of the marketing process—from planning to execution to post-campaign follow-up—is the future of our industry,” said Kevin Vermeulen, senior VP at ALM, in a statement.
