San Bruno, Calif.—Marketing solutions company Responsys Inc. has added a tool to its Interact marketing suite that accesses social profiles and behavioral data. The company's new Interact Social Data Cloud allows marketers to segment and target consumers based on such factors as geography, social sharing history, birthdays, product interest or purchases and brand affinity, according to Responsys. The data can then inform campaigns that use other Responsys Interact modules, including email, mobile, Web and display advertising, the company said.
