Adobe introduces Creative Cloud

    San Jose, Calif.—Adobe Systems has launched Adobe Creative Cloud, a subscription-based hub that allows design, Web and video professionals to make, share and deliver creative work. In addition to introducing Creative Cloud, Adobe also launched Adobe Creative Suite 6 software, which includes new versions of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

    Members of Creative Cloud will have access to the new Adobe CS6 application. Members will also be able deliver apps to iOS and Android marketplaces and publish, manage and host websites.

    Creative Cloud membership is $49.99 per month with an annual contract. Adobe also has an introductory offer that allows current CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS5.5 customers to join at $29.99 per month.
