SAE International acquires Tech Briefs Media Group

Warrendale, Pa.—SAE International, an engineering association, has acquired Tech Briefs Media Group. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Tech Briefs Media Group, which publishes NASA Tech Briefs, has 35 employees and annual revenue of about $9.5 million.

“Together, we can combine the best of both organizations to achieve accelerated growth through many new products and services for the R&D and design functions worldwide—like new publications, conferences, training courses and a lot more,” said Joseph Pramberger, president-publisher of Tech Briefs Media Group, in a statement.
