LexisNexis acquires Law360

New York—Reed Elsevier's LexisNexis has acquired Portfolio Media, the parent company of Law360, which provides legal news tobusiness lawyers in the U.S. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Law360 publishes online daily newsletters that reach more than 100,000 litigators, corporate lawyers, transactional attorneys, and other legal and business professionals. “Law360 is a key element of our growth strategy because it adds legal news and analysis, a crucial part of an attorney's work flow and a key entry point to legal research,” said Bob Romeo, CEO of research and litigation solutions at LexisNexis, in a statement.
