TheStreet taps DeMarse to be CEO

New York—Financial media company TheStreet has named Elisabeth DeMarse president-CEO. DeMarse, who was most recently CEO of Newser, a news aggregator, succeeds Daryl Otte, who announced his resignation last year. Previously, DeMarse was CEO of Bankrate and CreditCards.com, and was CMO of Bloomberg.
