ABC, Facebook score as 'strongest' media brands

New York—ABC Inc. is the highest-rated media company overall in the U.S. for brand strength, sales knowledge, customer service and advertiser satisfaction, according to the latest assessment of media research company Advertiser Perceptions. Facebook Inc. is the strongest brand among purely digital companies.

The “Advertiser Perceptions' Highest Rated Media Brands” report of ad industry perceptions also found People magazine tops in brand strength among print publications, ESPN the strongest brand among cable TV networks, YouTube the strongest brand in mobile and Google Display Network the strongest brand among ad networks.

Advertiser Perceptions' annual survey is based on online polls of agencies and marketers in the U.S. gauging media brand and company performance.
