CBS Interactive forms B2B Group

San Francisco—CBS Interactive has formed CBS Interactive B2B Group, which brings together CNET Direct, SmartPlanet, TechRepublic and ZDNet under one organization.

The new group is designed to combine CBS Interactive's global editorial teams into a single unit. Additionally, the new group will offer marketers a unified advertising and leads business.

The CBS Interactive B2B Group will be led by general manager Sally Slarke. She was previously VP-CBS Direct International.
