San Francisco—SlideShare, the presentation sharing site owned by LinkedIn Corp., has added a feature called Send Tracker that allows marketers to better monitor presentation views and engagement. Send Tracker enables SlideShare Pro account holders to send email links to SlideShare content to recipients and receive alerts about when the email was opened, click-throughs to the presentation itself and analytics about time spent viewing in real time. Send Tracker also records the content that was viewed, including specific slides, to indicate which elements are most effective, LinkedIn said on its website.
