London—Media and digital marketing agency network Aegis Group, London, announced it has acquired Hablar, a Tokyo-based performance marketing and search agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the acquisition, Hablar will become part of iProspect Japan, a performance marketing agency owned by Aegis Group.
