    "Social Media Marketing: Best-in-Class Marketers Rise to The Top" is designed to provide senior-level marketers with a snapshot of the current state of social media marketing, and insights into trends to watch for going forward.

    This reports includes over 54 pages and 42 charts and graphs that are based on the 432 responses from b2b marketers, surveyed in January and February 2013.

    San Francisco—Twitter has partnered with Nielsen on a new service that enables businesses to create surveys directly within Twitter.

    According to Twitter, surveys will appear to users like Twitter's Promoted Tweets, within the user's timeline on both mobile devices and the desktop. Users will receive a tweet inviting them to complete a survey about a brand or campaign, which will be analyzed by Nielsen to further inform advertiser strategies.

    Twitter is working with an initial set of advertisers, with plans for a bigger rollout next year.
