In May, the previously separate businesses of UBM TechWeb, UBM Electronics and UBM Channel were reorganized as a single unit, UBM Tech, under Miller. The former CEO of UBM Electronics, Miller in August unveiled a new organizational structure that retains the vertical focus of each group while centralizing such functions as marketing, IT, content creation and human resources.
