In August, SmartMoney ceased print publication, but an expanded digital news team became part of a co-branded section of MarketWatch.com. Rooney oversees a dedicated advertising sales team responsible for ensuring the continued success of what he called “SmartMoney's strong, trusted content and innovative tools.”
