Waters named publisher of 'Governing'

Washington, D.C.—E.Republic has named Erin Waters as publisher of Governing, a division of the company covering state and local government. She was previously associate publisher.

Waters succeeds Fred Kuhn, who has been named associate publisher for Information Technology. In this role, he manages a 16-member sale team across e.Republic, which is looking to expand its presence in the IT sector.
