Waltham, Mass.— Constant Contact, continuing to expand its marketing tool kit aimed at small businesses, today launched a social marketing module to augment its email, survey and event-planning tools.
The company's new Social Campaigns module allows users to create Facebook pages; run campaigns targeted toward those who “like” them; and publish campaigns to email, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter followers, Constant Contact said. The module also provides reports on fan growth, email list growth, visits, clicks, downloads and participant sharing, the company said.
Also today, Constant Contact opened an office in London. The company said it has 10,000 small-business customers in the U.K.
