    New York—Email service provider Emailvision Holdings will acquire ESP and multichannel marketing company SmartFocus, in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $41.2 million.

    Emailvision, with international headquarters in London, established a U.S. office in New York about a year ago.

    SmartFocus is based in Bristol, U.K., with U.S. headquarters in Waltham, Mass. Last month, the company announced a new product, Arjuna, that will support such fulfillment channels as digital print and social media platforms, and will be supported alongside existing email and offline marketing channels.
