Atlanta—Online marketing company Silverpop Systems has integrated its Silverpop Engage B2B demand-generation application with the back-office solutions offered by NetSuite.
The integration adds b-to-b marketing functionality to NetSuite’s business management software suite of accounting, planning, customer relationship management and e-commerce applications.
In addition to consolidating lead-scoring records, the integration enables sales representatives to view customer records, including support cases and billing issues, with alerts for sales follow-up.
