Archway acquires sales chain management competitor

Rogers, Minn.—Marketing operations management company Archway has agreed to acquire the supply chain management division of Toronto-based Resolve, a competitor in outsourced sales chain operations and fulfillment.

Both Archway and the Resolve unit offer such marketing operations services as trade fulfillment, account management and reporting. The Resolve unit also offers such services as direct mail, letter shop, rebates and premiums, and loyalty programs.

The acquisition would nearly double Archway’s size, with anticipated annual revenue of nearly $200 million, about 1,500 employees and 21 locations.

Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to be finalized in the next 30 days, were not disclosed.
