Canon Communications acquires Engel Publishing Partners

Los Angeles—Canon Communications, an Apprise Media company, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Engel Publishing Partners from Euromoney Institutional Investor. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Engel is a Newtown, Pa.-based b-to-b media company with print, online and data products targeting the pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences industries. Its properties include Med Ad News and PharmaLive.com.
